500m Row or 400m run
50 DB Snatch (50/35)
500m Row or 400m run
50 DB Box Step Ups 24/20″
500m Row or 400m run
50 Toes-to-bar or V-ups
… Then 40 of ALL that again… Then 30… Then 20… Then 10…
The row or run stays at 500m/400m. If you’re doing the WOD with a partner split up evenly…ie 250m row each or 200m run each.
You can choose any piece of cardio you want. You may switch between the bike, row, or ski at anytime. You may also stay on the same cardio piece the whole time.
*The DB Step-Up standard is like the open. Just holding 1 DB anyway you want.
