Back Squat

3 reps at 70%
3 reps at 80%
3 or more reps at 90%
* Working weight is based off of 90% of your 1RM

C. WOD
400m run
18 Overhead Squats (95/65) (Rx+ 115/75)
400m run
15 OHS
400m run
12 OHS

Each time an athlete breaks a set of OHS they must run 200m.
