A. Mobility & Warm-up

15 minutes to establish a TECHNICAL MAX snatch.
(Technical meaning lifts at light weights look just as good as lifts at a heavier weight)

Followed by 5 minute EMOM: 1 snatch @ 90% of the max from previous 15 minutes.

3 rounds for reps:

1:00 Max Effort Burpees
2:00 AMRAP of:

30 Side lateral jump over bar
15 snatches 75/55

– Rest 1 minute between rounds

NOTE: 3 rounds of 3:00 of work with 1 minute rest in between. There is no break between burpees AMRAP. Transition immediately. Score is total burpees plus AMRAP
