10-12 minutes working up to a moderately heavy Power Snatch


“Follow the leader” – Teams of 3, team member 1 sprints 200m, upon finishing, then member 2 goes, and then team member 3. You cannot move on and start reps of the following movement until the teammate in front of you has completed all reps of that movement. When all team members complete 16 V-ups, teammate 1 then starts 16 V-ups and works back to 200m sprint in the same manner.

2 rounds:

8 Power Snatch (115/75) (Rx+ 135/85)
12 Burpee Box Jumps
16 V-ups (Toes-2-bar if your hands aren’t torn up from pull-ups)
And work your way back down
