200m Run (pacehorse)
200 Hang Squat Snatch (75/55)
200 Burpees

While partner A runs the 200m pacehorse, partner B will do hang squat snatch and partner C will do burpees. Once a movement is completed, it become a rest station. Athletes rotate once the pacehorse returns. Time is called when all reps for the hang snatch and burpees have been completed.
