75 One arm overhead lunge
75 Toes-to-bar

50 One-arm alt devil press
50 Toes-to-bar + chest-to-bar pull-up (or T2B + MU)
50 Strict Burpees (no “worming” do an actual Push-up)

Teams of 2. Only 1 person works at a time. Break it up however you like.
