10/7 calories rowing
5 burpees over rower
Rest 3 minutes and repeat a 2nd time
Rest 3 minutes and repeat a 3rd time
Score each cycle separately. Try and stay consistent each round.
For larger classes, partner-up and alternate every 3 minutes.
