Deadlift
5 reps @ 40%
5 reps @ 50%
5 reps @ 60%

C. WOD

50 Double-unders
25 Sit-ups
10 Bench Press (135/95) or 50-60% of your 1RM (Rx+ 155/105)
4 rounds for time

Since we only have a limited number of benches, lets not worry too much about posting a fast time — spot your fellow athlete when needed and they will do the same when it’s your turn.
