50 KB Swings (53/35)
50 Handstand Push-ups or 50 Dumbbell Push-press (35/25)
200m run to start, then again every 2 minutes.
*After 20 minutes, run is 100m every 2 minutes.
30 minute cap. Rx lite is 40 reps for every movement.
