30 Hand release push-ups
30 American KB Swings 53/35
800m run (200m intervals)
Time CAP: 35 Min.
Teams of 2: Split up the work however you want. One person works at a time.
*Rounds 1 & 3 Toes-to-bar, Rounds 2 & 4 Pull-up or 15 muscle-ups
If you finish early and want to just AMRAP until 35min, go for it.
