Today is the anniversary of Coach John’s mom’s passing and he programmed this workout in her honor.

She passed away on 7/23/16 and she would have been 61 if she was still here, 4 rounds for John’s family (John, John’s dad and two siblings). Madam G is the nickname her friends called her at work.
