Not nessasarily for time – try to finish under 25 min. Focus is going unbroken on BP & KB Swings
* Hollow rock + one arm alt-v-up + leg raise over KB (see video)
For ex: 10 HR, 10 V-ups, 10 LR, then 8 HR 8 V-ups, 8 LR, so on, so forth all the way to 2 HR, 2 V—ups & 2 Leg raises over KB.
