Min 6: 6 Burpee DB Deadlifts 50/35
Min 7: 3 Unbroken muscle-ups or 6 unbroken strict pull-ups

Can you go unbroken for 5 rounds?

Rx+ if you break on the “unbroken” movements, immediately do 10 push-ups then complete the remaining reps.
