“I enjoyed my time at the “box.” From walking in there my first day to leaving my last day I was treated like a family. The coaches were extremely nice and made sure I understood everything. Other members worked with me as well to make sure I could do the movements and gave me pointers on the movements I struggled with. I recommend this gym for everyone they have made me a believer in crossfit and I know when I return to Seattle, I will also be returning to this box!”
